It’s a Philly (Agency) Thing
April 1 @ 4:00 pm – 6:00 pm Philly Time
Did you know that Philadelphia is the home to one of the first ad agencies in America? It’s true. And three months after it opened in 1869, WPP acquired it. We kid!
But make no mistake, Philly has a long history of advertising and marketing greatness. Today, the market is hot and has limitless potential.
Join Indie Agency News founder Doug Zanger and contributing editor Kyle O’Brien in a discussion about the importance of visibility—and how Philly can leverage its collective awesomeness.
In collaboration with Allen & Gerritsen, Zanger (who grew up in South Jersey, don’t judge) and O’Brien share their experiences in trade journalism at Adweek and The Drum—and what it takes to break through. They’ll also discuss how agencies can build a visibility portfolio to tell better stories.
We know this is on April Fool’s Day, but this 60-minute session is no joke—and filled with experience and candor, all designed to help the Philadelphia indie market raise its visibility.
Join us at Allen & Gerritsen’s Third Space for some food, drinks and a ton of insight.
Agenda:
4-5 pm: Panel Discussion
5-6 pm: Drinks and Networking
