There’s the tough love. There’s the herding of cats (i.e., creatives). And, of course, that “look” when you know you’ve clearly done something wrong and can’t talk your way out of it.
But make no mistake, PMs are one of the most essential parts of an agency. They keep the trains moving, are focused and the masters of organization and follow through.
Each month, Indie Agency News honors the hard-working people at indie shops. This time around? It’s all about giving props to project managers—and giving them the spotlight they deserve.
