Sometimes the ideas that feel most revolutionary are the ones that make the most sense—it takes a certain kind of leadership to help bring them into focus. One of these ideas: a general market agency that grasps America’s identity as a mosaic of cultures, and centers the nuance and vibrancy of these cultures, can influence the direction of creative work and talent.
This idea can be claimed by some, but for Omid Farhang of Majority it’s carried through by execution: of elevating top-tier talent, of leading a shop in a leading city, and of setting a tone for agency culture that we’ll look at one day—not as an exception in changing times, but the core rule in a new era. Thanks for all you do and all you are, Omid.
May Flowers recognizes diverse greatness in the independent agency community.
