Trex has long owned the “aspirational backyard” space. But the brand’s new campaign, “Trex Vs,” doesn’t linger on the dream. It goes straight to the test: birthday parties, gymnasts, flying corks, dropped burgers, tea parties in full costume. It’s messy, spontaneous, and all happening on Trex decks and railings.
Created by longtime AOR BUNTIN, the campaign marks a shift from inspiration to evidence. These aren’t imagined moments—they’re the kind of everyday chaos that proves why performance matters. And why Trex holds up.
From Quiet Backdrop to Strong Silent Type
One of the standouts? A gymnast training for regionals uses a Trex railing as a balance beam. It’s the brand’s first broadcast spot dedicated to railing, and a smart reminder that even the quietest product deserves the spotlight—especially when it’s built to perform.
Other scenes include a full-on birthday party (and all the accidental choreography that comes with it), plus social spots featuring kids fishing, gardening, and throwing tea parties with royal seriousness.
It’s real life, edited just enough to keep your drink steady.
