If you run an agency in Lexington, Kentucky, of course, there is likely some work to do with a horse. In the case of Cornett, it’s shoes for a horse—some dope kicks that lit up the internet and snapped up tons of awards.

But Cornett is no (pun alert!) one-trick pony. Work for AB InBev and other cool stuff for VisitLEX is part of this bluegrass creative story.

And Cornett walks its talk big-time through genuine authenticity. They put a stake in the ground for equality, and agency owner Christy Hiler co-founded OwnIt, a platform and community dedicated to upping female and diverse agency ownership.

Christy joined us with agency CCO Whit Hiler to chop it up.
