Founded in 2009, 21 days after a trip to Haiti, Krista Carroll and her husband returned knowing they could use business to change the world. 50% of profit shares go back to nonprofit partners, focused mainly on empowering people in the developing world.

Being a social enterprise could raise eyebrows for some, but starting with Foot Locker, marketers quickly discovered they could get world-class work while genuinely making an impact. Adidas followed, and Latitude was behind the big push when Lionel Messi arrived at MLS.
