One of our game shows, Random Q, can sometimes go off the rails. As evidenced in season 1, round 2, there were appropriate actual sponsor mentions (Technics and Left Off Madison) and one we’d love to have (Sun Bum).Â
But surrounding those (hopefully, entertaining) diversions came a conversation with The Many’s Davis Jones—with Adweek‘s Olivia Morley serving as judge.Â
We learned that Davis, a musician, doesn’t really have a song that he doesn’t want to admit he likes—and churched us up there.
We dug into a GREAT campaign that he points to as one of his favorites.
We also learned where to find the best burger in L.A.
In the bonus round, we discovered that despite having one of the most Welsh-sounding names on the planet, Davis is not actually Welsh—Dyna drueni.
What we did learn, however, is that Davis is incredibly affable and generous—and we know that he and The Many do great work.
Thank you to Davis and Olivia. We’ll definitely have her back as a future judge. She keeps it moving along and doesn’t take any guff.
Enjoy the show and the horribly lousy grammar in the hero image.
