Showing up as their full selves to deliver authentic and award-winning work for brands

Their agency name represents a fraction, but this Montreal-based team show up as their full selves to deliver authentic and award-winning work for brands

When Ashley Phillips and Miro LaFlaga co-founded their strategic brand consultancy, Six Cinquième, they did so with the intention of creating an open door, creating more representation, and creating a space for people from diverse backgrounds to “get their feet wet” in the industry.

Fast forward a few years and they’ve done just that; using their “sixth sense” as creatives to intuitively and innovatively build brands in Canada and the U.S. while building bridges for up and coming talent in the process.

IAN chatted with our northeastern neighbors (in both French and English) to talk shop, bond over a mutual appreciation for A Tribe Called Quest, and “flex in the flexibility” of being an indie agency.
