From Holdco to Indie: The Allure of Autonomy and Klick Health for Ray Rosti

The healthcare veteran sees great promise in independence

Ray Rosti spent most of his career in healthcare advertising, most of that time at holding company agencies. While his experiences were positive, he saw an opportunity to hop over to the indie side with Klick Health.

“[I spent] 19 years at Holdco. I really loved my time but was at a point where I felt like I accomplished all I could, so I was looking for that next challenge,” says Rosti, who joins Klick as president of Klick Media. “I knew about Klick; I knew about the tremendous reputation. So, it was an easy phone call for me to take.”

Based in Philadelphia, a bastion of healthcare, Rosti’s vast experience is a huge plus, according to Klick COO Greg Rice.

“It goes beyond that pedigree,” notes Rice. “But it’s about leadership, because we hire leaders so that they can tell us what to do, not what I tell them to do. Ray has a vision for where he wants to take a media offering in 2024 and beyond and has an incredible track record.”
